TUFE offers different kinds of Chinese language classes, such as Elementary Chinese, Listening and Speaking, Business Chinese and Chinese Culture for the international students. Also, the students with a higher level of Chinese language skills can directly join the Chinese business students in their professional courses. Meanwhile, TUFE also organizes different kinds of social activities and culture events.

College students currently studying Economics, Business and Chinese Language in their own countries can transfer their credits to our university and join in the related degree programs according to relevant regulations.

The International Exchange Center at TUFE is a multi-functional building with cafeteria, accommodation, classrooms and reference rooms. The elegant and comfortable interior provides a fine environment of studying and living for the oversea students. The library welcomes the students with an extensive collection of books£¬spacious and quiet electronic reading-rooms. Overseas students can enjoy all kinds of sports at the stadium, gymnasium and swimming pool, and participate in various activities such as parties and Chinese speech contest, named "Summer at TUFE", to practice their Chinese language skills and demonstrate their achievements of study.

*QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS*

¡¤ Chinese Language Programs: 18 year old or above, in good health.

¡¤ Bachelor Programs: in good health, with high school diploma , having passed the test of Chinese Language Proficiency (HSK) grade 3 and above.

¡¤Master Programs: in good health , with a university diploma, having passed the test of Chinese Language Proficiency (HSK) grade 6 and tests of 3 business courses.

¡¤Doctoral Programs: in good health, with graduate diploma, having passed test of Chinese Language Proficiency (HSK) grade 6 and above.

¡¤Degree Programs:

4 years for bachelors; 3 years for masters; 3 years for doctors

¡¤Non-degree programs:

Length of program can be flexible

Note: Spring Semester: From early March to early July

Admission will be under process and relevant documents be mailed to the applicants at the receiving of "Application Form For International Students"

*EXPENSES*



Tuition Fees:

¡¤Language classes and advanced studies: US$1500/year

¡¤Undergraduate level classes: US$1800/year

¡¤Master level classes: US$2500/year

¡¤Doctor level classes: US$3000/year

Fees for Courses with Chinese Characteristics: fees for the programs of Calligraphy, Qigong, Chinese Gong Fu and traveling are at the student's own expense.

Registration Fee: USD45per person

Resident Permit: USD45 per person

Accommodation: USD4.5/day per bed for twin beds room (facilities inside room: air conditioner, bathroom, cable TV, bookshelf, wardrobe) (facilities inside building: reading-room, kitchen, laundry, cafeteria, telephone)

Other Expenses: fees for books, medical care, food and insurance are at student's expense.
